How to Schedule an Appointment

• For family mediation or mediation-arbitration, Ms. Linton will need to meet with each of you individually for about an hour. Each party should refer to the calendar on this site and then contact:
appointments@riverdalemediation.com to set up that appointment.

• Ms. Linton will then, usually, begin a series of one or more meetings with the two of you together. These meetings are scheduled to begin at either 10 am or 2 pm and usually last between 2-3 hours.

• Sometimes meetings are scheduled by the half-day, and the fee is reduced accordingly. The morning half-day appointment is from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and the afternoon half day appointment is from 1 p.m.- 5 p.m. If lawyers are attending the meeting it is usual to book for at least half a day and sometimes the full day.

• To set up such a meeting, please refer to the calendar on this site and send an e-mail to appointments@riverdalemediation.com with the preferred choices that are known to be available for the parties (and their lawyers if they are attending) and you will receive a reply with the selected date and time of the mediation/arbitration.

• If parties and/or counsel wish to set up a non-family mediation, please consult the calendar on this site and send an e-mail to:
appointments@riverdalemediation.com with the dates and times that have been cleared with the parties and their counsel.
