Design of Dispute Resolution Processes Hilary has training and experience designing processes for resolving disputes for organizations or groups. She studied Process Design as part of her Master's in Alternative Dispute Resolution program at Osgoode Hall Law School, and now participates in that course as a speaker. Her experience includes: • Working with a team of mediators and stakeholders to design processes for the formal resolution of disputes in the provision of special education programs and services. • Providing the back up training for educators, parents and community members to support the processes. • Working with a community team to design a restorative justice process for a Toronto community centre. • Designing mediation processes for complex, multi-party mediations.
