Negotiation Training

Hilary teaches negotiation theory and practice in various contexts.

For several years she has been an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law school, teaching the "Lawyer as Negotiator" course to upper year law students.

She trains educators and parents about effective negotiation skills to help resolve conflicts arising in the special education context. She provides negotiation and conflict resolution workshops to companies. And she teaches members of provincial Youth Justice Committees across the province in use of effective negotiation practice in victim-offender mediation processes.

Hilary offers private negotiation training seminars to small and large groups. For more information contact her directly at hilary@riverdalemediation.com.
