Description This intensive 21 hour workshop uses actors to provide hands-on experience in mediation and negotiation simulations, including extensive coaching and feedback. Topics include:

  • High conflict cases
  • Complex facts and law
  • The voice of the child in ADR
  • Advanced practice & ethical issues
  • Liability update
  • Restorative processes

Pre-requisites:

  • Basic 40 hour family mediation training
  • Basic negotiation theory training
  • Experience in a related field
