Testimonials “I enjoyed hearing from all of the instructors. Everyone was well-prepared, interesting to listen to, and had lots of expert and practical information to share. Also, the use of professional actors made the role plays believable and very effective. This course is an excellent mix of theory, role plays and class discussions about practical I issues and the grey areas. The resource material is very helpful and the pace and structure of the course kept things interesting. I would definitely recommend this course to others. Thanks!”- Kate Waters.“The material was presented in both an effective and engaging manner. The feedback was constructive and accompanied by suggestions and alternatives for practice. The class discussions, role plays and de-briefs provided a wonderful opportunity to reflect on and put into practice the lecture/reading material”- Samantha Litchen.“Great course Hilary! Got me thinking about issues that I have not considered before.” - Paul Slan.
