Description: An intensive five-day course of mediation and negotiation theory and practice, using lectures, group discussion, role plays, video demonstrations, expert panels, readings and one-on-one coaching.
Description: In this dynamic course, Dr. Benoliel, one of Canada’s best known restorative justice practitioners, and Hilary Linton, successful mediator/lawyer and trainer, will teach the fundamentals of restorative justice principles and how they can be effectively applied in your practice. Using lectures, demonstrations, readings, video presentations, and skill-building sessions including role plays.
