All Ontario arbitrators, mediator-arbitrators and parenting coordinators are required by the Attorney General to take:
(a) 14 hours of training in Screening for Power Imbalances and Family Violence. If you have not conducted ten arbitrations over the five years since you last took this training, you must take it again; and
(b) 10 hours of additional training every two years, five of which must be about family violence screening.
